Dear All, I hope your semester is going well. On Thursday, November 21, at 6 pm, we’ll hold a Thesis Information Session for those who are planning to complete their theses in Spring 2025. We’ll go over the thesis proposal, locating an adviser and second reader, registering for the thesis course, and give an overview of how the thesis class will work in the Spring. If you plan to attend, please email me and I’ll reply with a Zoom link for the meeting. On Wednesday, November 20, the MFA Program in Creative Writing will hold a virtual open house. Several recent MA students have continued their educations in the MFA program in recent years. The program is focused on developing you as a professional writer of fiction, creative non-fiction, or poetry. Classes are small, mostly in the evening, and students work closely with faculty mentors.
