Dear Graduate Students, A reminder that the first *4-week summer session* begins today. If you are enrolled in Prof. Rhoda Sirlin <https://qcenglish.commons.gc.cuny.edu/people/rhoda-sirlin/>'s ENGL 681 or Prof. Edward Currie <https://qcenglish.commons.gc.cuny.edu/people/edward-currie/>'s ENGL 719, you should hear from them about how to access their online classes. If you don't hear from them by the end of today, you should email them as they may not have your contact info. And there's still time to register for the *6-week summer session* that begins on July 5 (see the summer course descriptions here <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KttN-wljuoeXOtxDIl47ZDcLncsv0J3KIr6lrhj8NDs/edit?usp=sharing> ). Another reminder to please *register for your Fall 2022 courses*, if you haven't already (see the updated fall course descriptions here <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rF6y6KAv_fhymlnL05PiH0SRcOBW6BSLGAXixrzWUGY/edit?usp=sharing>). There are still plenty of open seats, including in ENGL 701, 639, 726, 728, 742, and 781-02. Please note that ENGL 726, ENGL 728, ENGL 742, and ENGL 781-02 will now all be *hybrid* courses (meaning they will occasionally meet online instead of only in person), to offer the most flexibility for our students. Professors <https://qcenglish.commons.gc.cuny.edu/people/faculty/> for hybrid and fully online courses will be in touch by the start of the fall semester with instructions on how to access your classes. As always, please email us both if you have any questions or need advising or support. FYI, we are both traveling late June to mid-July and may be slower to respond to emails during that time (most faculty are slower to respond over the summer, as we travel and focus on our research).
