[MAEnglish] Join the 2019 Graduate Confernece Committee!
Hi everyone, It's time to begin planning our sixth annual MA conference, which will take place this spring on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. We're looking for volunteers to join this year's Graduate Conference Committee, which organizes the conference. The committee's responsibilities include coming up with a conference theme, writing a call for papers, making decisions on submissions, organizing panels, inviting faculty participation, and promoting the conference. We'll meet about once a month leading up to the conference. We are planning to hold our first meeting next week, Tuesday, October 30, at 6:30 pm Klapper 610. Please email worchard@qc.cuny.edu<mailto:worchard@qc.cuny.edu> to let us know if you're coming, or if you can't make it but would still like to join the committee. And even if you don't volunteer, we hope you'll all submit proposals once the call for papers goes out later this semester! Hello all, No one was able to make it for today's meeting, so we are going to reschedule this for next week or the week after, trying to find a time that meets the availability of those who are interested.
