I’m writing to let you know that tomorrow (Wed 12/10) will be the final day of scheduled graduate office hours: 3:30-6:30pm in Klapper 604. I’ll also be available to meet
with you on Friday 12/10 and the following Wednesday 12/17, but only by appointment. Email to arrange a meeting time.

Course Evaluations
Please spare the time to fill out evaluations of all your courses. The department welcomes your feedback and takes your suggestions
very seriously. All comments are anonymous, confidential, and unavailable to instructors until after final grades have been submitted. The link to the evaluation webpage is:

Taking an Incomplete
If you’re unable to complete your final course assignment and want to take an incomplete, please remember that you must confirm this arrangement with the course
instructor. Keep in mind that an incomplete is a temporary grade and should be resolved as soon as possible. The Office of Graduate Students stipulates that all incompletes must be resolved within one calendar year.

Spring 2015 courses
Descriptions of spring 2015 courses are attached to this message. All students should now be able to register themselves for elective
courses via CUNYFirst. Only the two required courses (636 & 701), the thesis essay course (791), and the independent study course (795) require program permission to register. Please don’t hesitate to email me if you have questions.
