Dear Graduate Students,
The end of the semester is fast approaching and I know everyone is very busy, but just a few very short announcements:
Self-service registration for summer/fall 2014 courses
Everyone should now have registration privileges for summer and fall 2014 courses via their student account on CUNYFirst. If you’re uncertain about what courses to register for, please make sure to schedule an advising appointment before the end of the month.
Advising Hours
Advising hours are always more crowded towards the end of the semester so it’s best to email ahead to schedule an appointment. Caroline and I are also available via email through
the May. We receive lots of messages so please be patient as we work through them. Be assured that we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Tuesday May 13 in Klapper 636 (Caroline)

Taking an Incomplete:
If you find yourself needing to take an incomplete in your coursework, please make sure to discuss with the instructor an alternative arrangement for handing in the outstanding work. You have one calendar year to complete an INC grade (so for grades this semester
you’ll have until the end of spring 2015).
With all our good wishes for the end of the semester,
Caroline and Andrea
