Subject: 92nd St. Y Admin. Job Opportunity

Dear Colleagues  -- Below is solid word of an admin job available @ the 92nd St. Y immediately through a friend of mine.

See below & cast out to your stellar students.

=====

Hi, everybody ---

Forgive the mass email. We at the Poetry Center --- www.92y.org/poetry --- are looking for a new administrative assistant, and I was hoping you all might help spread the word among your interns, students, friends. Anyone interested in the job should email a cover letter and resume directly to me at bschwartz@92y.org. We'd like to fill the position quickly, so I've cast the net far and wide. There are so many smart and talented folk out there looking for just such a job. We'd like to hear from them! (But please: no public posting.)

The administrative assistant is an integral member of our very small team and is charged with myriad tasks and responsibilities --- mostly dignified --- in every realm of the Poetry Center's activities, from the Reading Series and Writing Program to our literacy outreach initiatives and Poetry Center Online archive of recordings.

Thanks so much for forwarding.

-Bernard
