Dear Grad Students,
Please find attached and pasted below the submission guidelines for the
annual *Nancy Comley Prize*, awarded to the best essay written by an
English MA or MS Ed/MAT student. We hope you do consider submitting
something, whether it's an essay you've already written for a class, a
work-in-progress, or your thesis essay.
Please also find attached the CFP for a graduate English conference
happening at Brooklyn College on "Writing as Activism." The deadline is
tomorrow, but I bet they'd be willing to give you an extra day or two if
you contact them and let them know you're interested.
Finally, preregistration for Summer and Fall 2016 classes will take place
March 28-30. Next week I'll send out detailed instructions on how to
preregister for classes. In the meantime, please get in touch if you're in
need of advisement.
Hope everyone's spring semester is going well!
Best,
Caroline and Bill
