[History undergraduates] certain MA courses open to eligible History majors
Dear History majors, Several MA courses in the coming semester will be open to qualified History majors. Specifically: Hist 710: Alexander the Great (Prof. O'Brien); Hist 799: Eastern Europe under Communist Rule (Prof. Ort); and Hist 799: Modern Israel (Prof. Alteras). To be eligible, you must have completed 21 credits in History and have a minimum GPA of 3.3 within the major. Hist 710 can be used for the pre-modern/ancient history concentration. Hist 799 (Prof. Ort) can be used for the European history concentration. Hist 799 (Prof. Alteras) can be used for the upper division non-western history requirement, as well as the non-western history concentration. And any of these three can be used for an elective in History.
