[History undergraduates] Internship opportunity at the New York Historical Society
Dear majors, The New York Historical Society is currently advertising an internship for Fall 2014. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a History major interested in working in a museum setting, especially with families and children. College credit can be arranged through the department. For more information on requirements and how to apply, see the listing below and the link. All the best, Prof. Bregoli
*Family Programs Internship* - Prospective interns must be earning a degree in Art History, History, Museum Education or a related field, with an interest in working with families in a museum. By the end of the experience, the intern will have gained experience with all aspects of developing and leading out-of-school-time programs for families. The intern will also work on a semester long project related to the Reading into History Family Book Club and/or the New-York Historical Society Children's History Book Prize.
