[History undergraduates] HireQC Pathways: Academic and Career Map - Spring 2019
Dear History Majors- I write again this week as Director of Internships for the History Department. Please see the attachment and email below Center for Career Engagement and Internships's HireQC Pathways program. This program includes stipends for unpaid summer internships, which I encourage you to consider. If you would like to apply for an internship in history/ history-related fields, I encourage you to do so, and am happy to meet with you to discuss local and national opportunities. I have included a video http://bit.ly/hireqcpathwaysvideo and also attached a HireQC Pathways flyer to share with your undergraduate students. The incentives of HireQC Pathways include priority registration and admissions to employers' events, as well as eligibility for stipends of $500 to $1,000 for unpaid summer internships. We look towards your partnership for recommending students to apply and participate during Spring 2019 semester by sharing details and encouraging students to apply as soon as possible.
