I hope you have been well. I am writing again as we're recruiting for Fall interns here at WMM and thought some of your students may be interested. As you may know, Women Make Movies is a NYC based non-profit feminist media organization that supports women filmmakers though distribution and Production Assistance. We work with thousands of educational, cultural and community-based organizations providing them with independent films by and about women. We are currently looking for Fall interns to work in a variety of departments including: Distribution/Digital Media, Production Assistance/Fiscal Sponsorship, Marketing/Outreach, Social Media, and Administration. The Fall term runs from September - December and we require a commitment of 2 days per week. They can find more information on how to apply and the benefits of the internship program here<https://www.wmm.com/jobs-and-internships/>. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience with a respected and long-standing independent film organization. Please note that this is NOT a production internship and all work is done in our Manhattan office. And if you are not part of the WMM community and would like to sign up for our E-newsletter to receive updates on new film titles, screenings, workshops/webinars, and resources for filmmakers please click here<https://www.wmm.com/newsletter-signup/>.
