Best, Prof. Bregoli -- Dear Friend of the Murphy Institute, I write to ask your help in spreading the word about the Murphy Institute's Scholarship for Excellence and Diversity in Labor. Designed to promote diversity of leadership in the labor movement and in the academic field of Labor Studies, this unique scholarship was created to support the aspirations of future leaders as they pursue their labor studies education. With your help, we hope to alert potential applicants to the existence of this diversity scholarship, now entering its second year. Applicants to the Scholarship should be from underrepresented constituencies, including people of color, ethnic minorities, and women. The scholarship is substantial: up to $30,000 for graduate students and up to $20,000 for undergraduates.
