I am writing to call your attention to several Spring 2011 courses that are at present under-enrolled. 1. History 200 Prof. Chazkel Crime and Justice in Latin America Students who take courses in the evening sometimes complain about the lack of variety in the evening courses. Here is a course that has not been offered in the evening before. It is being offered by a Prof. who regularly fills her day-time Latin American course. Here is an opportunity to take a new course on an interesting topic with a popular teacher. 2. History 200 Prof. Anagnostopoulos Women in Byzantium Thursday afternoon 1:40-4:30. Prof. Anaostyopoulos is substituing this coming semester for Prof. Woodfin who is on leave. She has won a teaching award at her previous college. Again this is an opportunity to take an interesting course that has not been offered before with a professor who has an excellent reputation as a teacher.
