Another cool course to consider -- in time for the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One, Prof. Sneeringer and Prof. Wintermute are going to team up to teach Hist 314. The course is going to be held in the Campbell Dome (that odd, Star Trek-looking flying saucer parked by Powdermaker) on TuTh, 1:40-2:55. Prof. Sneeringer will present the European context, and Prof. Wintermute, the American perspective. Looks to be a good combination. I personally would love to sit in just to see if they argue with each other... that would be fun to watch.
