"The East Harlem Teaching Residency provides an optimal bridge year before leading your own classroom. You get the experience of assisting as a mentee in a charter school, leading your own after school class, learning from professional development sessions, and the amazing teamwork and support from your fellow residents!" - Emilia Nunez, East Harlem Teaching Resident 2014-2015 Cohort
