Please share with your students information regarding an event for new and recent transfer students to the college:
Transfer students are encouraged to attend a free hour event (12:15-1:30pm) on Monday, February 24th in the Rosenthal Library, 5th floor President's Conference Room 2.
This first session of the Transfer Student Info Series will include a panel of speakers with representatives from Academic Advising, Career Development, and the Center for Teaching & Learning discussing what are important areas for new transfer students to consider including timely process to graduation, on and off-campus opportunities, and preparing for after graduation.
Students will have opportunities to talk with current Queens College students and other new transfer students at the event. Lunch will be provided.
