Hello,

As we enter the Fall period, I wanted to make all faculty aware that the application for the Senator Kirsten Gillibrand Melville Office Internship for the Winter/Spring session (starting first week of Jan) is now available on our website. Any student interested in applying for this internship can find information, commonly asked questions and deadlines on our website cited below. If you would like to reach out to me on behalf of a student you would like to suggest, please to not hesitate to do so. If you would rather send my email address or below office phone to your students, that is also fine. For all of our internships, students must commit to a minimum of 12 hours a week (our office is flexible with a student’s scheduling request.)

Additionally, I have many students start internships on a rolling basis. If any students are interested in starting an internship before the Winter/Spring session in January, please have them reach out to me via the below phone number as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time, and have a great Fall semester,

Melanie Sinesi | Regional Assistant

Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand
