Dear History Students,
Happy New Year! I will be writing over the next few weeks to let you know about a few exciting History courses that you might want to consider taking in Spring 2017 (but not too many e-mails, I promise!).
Today I want to feature Prof. Alger's course HIST 289, "Careers in Law: A Comparative History," which will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 to 10:30am. This course is a "must take" for:
1. anyone who is contemplating a career in the legal profession
2. as a BONUS, It fulfills not only the new legal history concentration BUT ALSO the requirement that ALL majors must fulfill for an upper- level non-Western course.
Please let me know if you have any questions. And don't forget to register for the spring. Courses are filling up quickly!
Best wishes,
Prof. Celello
