Dear Colleagues and students: I seem to have managed to confuse everyone. I did not mean that professors should keep 2 copies of final papers or exams, only 1, an that one may be in electronic format. Ideally, the retained copy would be a graded copy. The point is to have retrospective access to original student work back for 2 years. Dr. Marcum is working on space and security requirements. Mary K. Chelton
