Dear Colleagues, We are happy to report that the conference call with Office of Accreditation Director Karen O’Brien and our External Review Panel (ERP) Chair Linda Lillard went well. Overall they were very pleased with the document submitted thus far. In particular, they appreciated that the presentation was thorough yet concise. They had numerous suggestions that would help to clarify the document for the visiting team. We will go through the list of suggested changes and will let you know if any additional information is required. Many thanks for all your hard work on the draft. Over the rest of the summer we will incorporate the suggestions we received, finalize the overall format, have the final document printed and bound, and begin to make arrangements for the travel, accommodations, etc, for the External Review Panel visit in the fall. We will continue to be in touch regarding issues relating any additional information and the visit itself i.e. dates we need to be available, interviews, observations, supplemental information, etc. Truly, this was a wonderful, cooperative venture!
