For Windows (https://support.qc.cuny.edu/support/solutions/articles/15000092643), in Step 4 you will double click on "GSLIS-RO244-HP" to install the printer.

For Macs (https://support.qc.cuny.edu/support/solutions/articles/15000092645), in Step 5.iii you have to enter "GSLIS-RO244-HP" to install the printer.
