The CUNYFirst Grading option will be available for your use from Friday, May 20 to Saturday, June 4 via the Faculty Center. Students will be able to view their grades via the CUNYFirst Self Service/Student Center. The deadline for submitting grade rosters is June 4, 2011.

In order to access your grade rosters, you must first claim your CUNYFirst account by logging on to https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu and clicking on "First Time User."

If grades are not submitted by June 4, you will have to complete individual "Change of Grade" forms for each student's grade and submit to the Office of the Registrar.

Grading notes:

Incomplete (INC) - This is a temporary grade assigned when: (a) a student does not satisfy a portion of the course requirements; and (b) there is a reasonable expectation that the student can pass the course by submitting the outstanding work by the end of the next regular semester, spring or fall.  Students assigned a grade of INC must satisfy missing course requirements by the deadline you establish.  This deadline may be no later than the end of the next semester.  A grade of INC not resolved to a regular grade by the end of the next semester will be converted to a grade of F.

Unofficial Withdrawal (WU) - This is a disciplinary grade to be assigned when there is insufficient basis for assigning a regular passing or failing grade and none of the conditions for a grade of INC is present.
