Dear Students, As part of the preparation for our upcoming accreditation visit in October 2014, and as part of our ongoing assessment activities, we are seeking volunteers nearing graduation who are willing to be part of a small pilot study. Ideal candidates will have maintained their ePortfolios throughout their time at the GSLIS, and have deposited at least one artifact as evidence of having addressed the GSLIS program objectives in the ePortfolio Learning Matrix. All work for a specific student will be assigned a code, and privacy/anonymity will be strictly maintained. Our primary goal at this stage will be to address procedural and logistical aspects of the analysis of this component of our assessment data-gathering efforts. Individuals willing to assist us should designate Dr. Kwong Bor Ng as an assessor for their ePortfolios. Please also alert Dr. Ng and me (Dr. Perry) of your willingness to volunteer. All of us on the faculty greatly appreciate your participation in this process! Many thanks in advance, Drs. Perry, Chelton and Ng, on behalf of the Curriculum/Ed Tech and Assessment Committees Claudia A.
