Colleen and Claudia, see the article “Email Appraisal and Categorization: A Case Study” (pp. 22-25), by GSLIS student Erin Brennan, in this May/June issue of Exchange, the newsletter of the Metro NYC Chapter of ARMA.

It’s based on her third assignment in this Spring’s Digital Preservation class.

The Metro NYC Chapter is very happy to publish such articles: they have published articles by students in Lauren Barnes’ Records Management class.
