I received a telephone message late this afternoon from the Director of the Committee on Accreditation. The Committee voted today to grant the GSLIS continued conditional accreditation, with the next comprehensive review to take place in October 2014, as planned.Today's meeting of the COA marks the last hurdle in our appeal of the decision made in May 2013 to withdraw ALA accreditation from the GSLIS. We have won the appeal and the GSLIS remains accredited!!
