Ed Goldberg I am taking a class in library finances and am doing a presentation on some of the easy expenses to reduce/gain control of...things we see as wasteful and always comment on (such as too much printing, overstaffed at times, too many consultants, etc.). I'd like your thoughts on things you see as wasteful in the library. Conversely, I'd also like your thoughts on areas in which we spend too little money.
