Dear Colleagues,

We have two successful applications to the Graduate Research and Technology Initiative (GRTI) 2016 - 2017. (Colleen has sent out the details of the request for proposal to the gslisfac mailing list in June.)

Joe receives $56,000 from GRIT, with the same amount of matching funds from Queens College, for his proposal on a project about Multimedia Production

Colleen and me receive $49,000 from GRIT, with the same amount of matching funds from Queens College, for our proposal  about Metadata and Text Encoding for Digital Libraries and Digital Humanities.

This is wonderful news!

Best
K.B.
