Use barcode scanner and labeling system to add new material, and assist with creating and maintaining the library database. The Cloud Institute’s library has more than 3,500 hardcopy resources. No phone calls please. http://www.cloudinstitute.org/careers We are also looking to fill the following positions: · Print Production and Media Intern - assist with updates to existing print materials, developing new marketing and communications packages, formatting items in our digital library, other projects to be defined. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required. · Media and Communications Intern – conduct interviews, write articles and collect content for our partnership consortia. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, phone etiquette, and familiarity with, and interest in social media (blogging, facebook, newsletters). · EfS Programs Intern (2) - conduct research on issues, events, and EfS program developments; may include conducting field research and/or interviewing program participants in person or over the phone. Assist with transcribing, organizing and analyzing participant feedback and student work. Fulfill some office support duties when needed, including event preparation. · Fundraising Intern – research and organize grant materials, update and maintain database of grant opportunities. Write briefs and narratives that demonstrate the relevance of education for sustainability to funder priorities. Assist with proposal summaries and reports.
