Be advised that they will be unable to receive additional assistance from the Registrar's Office or the Office of the Provost after 5:00 pm tomorrow.

 

After the extended deadline, reporting attendance becomes a manual process that is time consuming both for the instructor and for college offices.  More importantly, student financial aid can be negatively impacted if there is no record of attendance, and the College can be subject to substantial fines.

 

As a reminder, the attendance roster may be accessed on CUNYFirst by clicking on Self-Service and then on Faculty Center.  Be sure to select the correct roster(s) and press Submit.  If you or your faculty encounter difficulty in the submission process, please contact the OCT helpdesk at x74444. If you need help with the steps of the process, please contact OCT Training and Technology Solutions at x74875. We have attached a link to the webpage with directions for your convenience.
