Many public librarians do not receive School Library Journal  so you may be interested in reading this very nice article on how the public libraries can partner with school libraries to support the Common Core standards.  This was written by Olga Nesi, a NYC School Library Sytem  Coordinator.  In NYC, many schools don’t have libraries and they have had to forge relationships with public libraries.

Thank You Olga for a nice wrap up!
