Colleagues,
As Spring term concludes today, I wanted to thank you for everything we accomplished together this semester. We have made strides with our curriculum review and development work, laid
the foundations for meaningful planning and assessment, and strengthened the research culture of the department through various events and activities, among other things, and I look forward to continuing that trajectory in Fall. Special thanks to Esther and
Susana for their hard work in keeping GSLIS running.
For those teaching summer classes, please note that we are moving over from Blackboard to Brightspace. You should
be able to log in and see your classes there now. Please go ahead and add your content.
Hope to see many of you at Commencement on May 30th. I’m attaching the program for the departmental ceremony, which will be held after the college ceremony (approximately 12:30pm).
