Hi, Dr. Cool & Dr. Perry:

I am pleased to say that we have four officers in place to run for 2015-2016 QC LISSA officer positions, and we're thrilled!

Last semester you were gracious enough to forward the QC LISSA ballot to the faculty with a request to distribute to students during class and have a student collect them and place them in the QC LISSA mailbox in the GSLIS office, and we were hoping you would be willing to do the same for the 2015-2016 school year. 

You had included a note that students taking multiple courses should only vote once, and you also had asked Bridget and Amanda if they would be willing to have copies made and asked the faculty to let them know the size of their classes to assist with that, which was great.

I have attached the ballot, ready to distribute. Would you be able to help with this again? The student associations are all supposed to have our final votes in by May 1, so I apologize that it's time-pressing, but if it can happen next week that would be ideal.
