Spring 2025 Enrollment Verification Rosters will be available from February 1 at 12:01 am through February 14 at 11:30 pm.
The Verification of Attendance Roster lists your students as attended by default; instructors only need to note if a student has never participated in their
course, regardless of the teaching mode. Independent study, lab, thesis, dissertation, research, or other similar courses also require verification.

We encourage you to test your CUNYfirst login credentials and resolve any issues immediately. For technical support with CUNYfirst, please contact the
ITS Help Desk.
Rosters list all students who require an earned grade for the semester. If there is a need to have a student added to your roster, please complete an
Enrollment Request Form. The form must be submitted to the Registrar by
February 14, 2025; email the form as an attachment to
registrar@qc.cuny.edu using your QC faculty/staff account. Reminder: Students added to a course after the start of the semester will incur a late fee that cannot be waived.
If needed, corrections to your roster can be made after the deadline by submitting a
Verification of Enrollment Revision Form. Submit the form by emailing it as an attachment to
registrar@qc.cuny.edu using your QC faculty/staff account.
