Dear Colleagues,
In double-checking my syllabus, I noticed that the information provided in the course syllabus template, based on the QC syllabus template, is not correct for section H, for the location of the Office of Special Services, at least according to the QC website at this time. Whether this is temporary due to the Kiely Hall renovation or not I don’t know, but just thought I would alert you. Anyone with additional information please let the rest of us know!

H. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR
CANDIDATES WITH DISABILITIES
Candidates
with disabilities needing academic accommodation should: 1) register with and
provide documentation to the Office of Special Services, Frese Hall, Room 111,
and 2) bring a letter to me indicating the need for accommodation and what
type. This should be done during the first week of class. For more information
