FIRST: **If you would like a beginning user class in ePortfolios, please contact me at the email above or MK Chelton at mchelton@optonline.net The Committee plans to arrange access to such a course** NEXT: What follows is information about the CUNY-wide conference is for those who are already using ePortfolios in their classrooms: ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO 75 PEOPLE. PLEASE REGISTER NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2014. Dear Eportfolio Friends, We are planning a CUNY Eportfolio Symposium for Wednesday, April 2, 2014, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon offering of tea and cookies will be served. Because of your knowledge, experience and high public profile with eportfolios and other teaching and learning technology tools, your participation would add substantially to the event and to the conversations about eportfolios at CUNY. The symposium is unique in that no formal proposals are required and there will be no formal presentations, only genuine thematic conversations in focus groups, a “birds of a feather” lunch, group reports and an afternoon open mic session. To confirm your acceptance of this invitation, we request only that you register using the registration form linked below. http://tinyurl.com/CUNYeport2014 We do hope that you will put this event on your calendar and plan to be with us on April 2. And, if you have colleagues that you recommend as potential contributors to the symposium, please forward this email to them.
