Hi guys, As you all know things get weirder and weirder at the College. If you contact anyone, other than the GSLIS staff, about a problem please be sure to get their name. I have made a couple of complaints regarding web attendance problems encountered by adjuncts that resulted in wrong information/instructions being given out. There seems to be some disbelief that this is happening so it will be necessary, with future issues, to name names so that problems can be traced to the source. This has been a particularly bad semester for problems and I hope [sic] that things will improve. -- chirp elt Dr. Thomas T. If you have an interest in or experience with using mobile technologies to deliver library services, we would like to hear from you. Dear Chairs, Please be sure that all sections in your department have instructors assigned in CUNYfirst, so that they may access the webattendance system. Several chairs had reported difficulty in attaching particular instructors to the sections they were teaching. This problem has recently been fixed, and most of these instructors should now appear in the instructor table. If an instructor still does not appear in your instructor table, please let us know as soon as possible. You can access the list of unassigned sections on CUNYfirst by clicking on Reports>Query View and selecting the report CU_SR_FACULTY_NOT_ASSIGNED.
