I am a former pipeliner and a current mentor in the program. Please share this with your undergraduate students/department. If they have any questions, feel free to refer them to me. The flyer says that the application closed on January, but Pipeline accepts applications on a rolling basis. The final decision will be made in April (though the sooner they apply the better).
