All sessions will be held virtually on Zoom, and I will send out more information and links closer to the time. Mark your calendars, and I hope to see you there! Wednesday Sept 23, 12:30pm: Internships for English Majors. Prof. Jason Tougaw will talk about our internship program, followed by Q&A. Monday October 5, 12:30pm: Applying to QC English Graduate Programs. Professors Caroline Hong, Hillary Miller, and Nicole Cooley will offer information about the MA, MFA, and Accelerated MA programs, followed by Q&A. Wednesday October 7, 12:15pm: MacMillan Publishing. In coordination with the QC Center for Career Engagement and Internships, MacMillan Publishing will be running an information session about the publishing industry. More information will follow. Wednesday October 14, 12:30pm: Information Session about Preregistration. Professors Siân Silyn Roberts and Karen Weingarten will talk about preregistering for the Spring semester, and answer any questions you may have. Wednesday November 11, 12:00pm: Careers for English Majors. Join us for a presentation and Q&A by QC Careers Counselor Elizabeth O'Connell.
