Subject: English Undergraduate Club: announcement and last meeting
Dear students,
I do hope your semester is coming to a successful close (although I know this time of year is stressful and very busy). I just wanted to share a couple of announcements regarding
the English undergraduate club.
On Wednesday Dec 11 at 12.30pm, Prof. Lee Norton will be visiting the club in Klapper 334 for an informal chat about his experience as a volunteer with the not-for-profit literary
collective, Ugly Duckling Presse. If you are interested in learning more about nonprofit work in the arts sector and at independent presses, please come along. Prof. Norton is happy to answer any questions you may have about this kind of work.
December 11 will also be the last meeting for the club for the Fall semester. We will reconvene in the Spring.
