THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: To learn about the effects of natural disasters. You can help us greatly improve services and quality of life for babies, new mothers and their families. WHO COULD PARTICIPATE? Mothers and their children (2 – 4 years old). You can earn up to $200 by participating in one assessment annually! WHAT DOES PARTICIPATION INCLUDE? • Watching a nature video to look at heart rate and breathing • Developmental assessment with kid-friendly games to look at your child’s skills • Optional collection of hair, saliva and nail clippings • Questionnaires • Appointments are 2-3 hours at your convenience.
