Dear colleagues and friends, We are excited to announce that the first meeting of the Sociology Department Seminar Series will take place next Wednesday (March 6) at 12:15 p.m. in the Sociology Department Lounge (PH-252). We will have our very own Christine Jang-Trettien to workshop her working paper entitled "Chronic Pain and the Geographic Clustering of Disability Assistance in the United States." This paper is going to be submitted to the PNAS soon, so your feedback will be greatly appreciated! Please email Christine <Christine.Jang@qc.cuny.edu> for a draft of the paper and read it beforehand if you can attend. The workshop will be mainly discussion and feedback followed by a simple introduction given by Christine. This meeting will be in person only. Please Light food and beverages will be served.
