These opportunities provide valuable support, including funding for conference attendance, travel stipends, complimentary AAPOR membership, and the chance to present your research. Winners are also featured in our published program and can earn monetary prizes or other forms of recognition, depending on the specific award. The Seymour Sudman Student Paper Competition - in memory of Seymour Sudman and his contributions to teaching and mentoring students, this award provides the winning paper with:

• $750 cash prize
• Complimentary conference registration
• Opportunity to present their paper at the conference
• Recognition at an awards ceremony
• Two papers may receive an Honorable Mention and a cash prize of $100

The Student Conference Award - offered to students so that they may attend the annual conference and experience this important educational and professional networking event for survey methodology and public opinion researchers. This award provides the winners with:

• $800 cash prize
• Complimentary conference registration
• Recognition at an awards ceremony

AAPOR Student Inclusion Fellowship - targeting members of historically ‎underrepresented groups interested in the study of public opinion and survey ‎research methodology. This award provides 10 winners with:

• $750 travel stipend
• Complimentary conference registration
• Complimentary AAPOR student membership
• A special lunch with AAPOR leadership during the conference
• An opportunity to present a poster where they have the chance to win $250
