The National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) within the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) has an available opportunity for an ORISE Fellow. Under direction from a mentor, the ORISE Fellow will learn about the National Secure Data Service (NSDS) Demonstration Project and its associated data linking and analytical activities. The ORISE Fellow will directly participate in projects implementing privacy preserving record linkage (PPRL), synthetic data creation, and noise infusion. The ORISE Fellow will learn about data quality assessments and analysis of linked and synthetic datasets via programming and analytic skills.
