Vistra Communications (www.consultvistra.com) is seeking expressions of interest from potential hires to fill one early career and one mid-late career, on-site position at Homestead Air Base near Miami, FL. These positions will plan, execute, and analyze surveys
and focus groups conducted via face-to-face and by other means with Central and South American and Caribbean respondents to aid assessments of SOCSOUTH Military Information Support Operations (MISO) personnel. These hires will provide subject matter expertise
behind survey planning, execution, and analysis, as well as the written and verbal presentations of key insights drawn from the gathered behavior and sentiment data. They will also represent Vistra Communications to the client.

Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be native or fluent bilingual Spanish and English speaker. Employee shall be able to quickly and accurately translate information into Spanish and English, identify colloquial and idiomatic phrases in raw information, and provide spot check capability
for machine translated information.
Must work on-site. Hybrid and remote work not allowed.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Four (4) or more total years of experience in TWO OR MORE of the following areas: intelligence, data science, social science analysis, polling.
Your resume shall demonstrate expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis with the following:
· At least 1 year of experience in qualitative analysis, including content analysis, thematic analysis, and coding/categorization of textual data, with proficiency in software such as MAXQDA or NVivo.
· At least 1 year of experience in quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and correlative analysis, with proficiency in software such as R, Python, or SPSS.
· A strong understanding of research design, methodology, and statistical analysis, as well as experience with data management, data cleaning, and data visualization.
Preferred:
Hold a DoD security clearance of Secret.
Spanish speaker with a minimum tested score of 2/2 Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) or Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) in reading and writing.
