Dear Colleague,
The Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology and the Complex Social Interaction Lab at Washington State University have been awarded a National Science Foundation grant to establish a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program. We ask that you please forward this email and flyer to your undergraduate students and encourage them to consider applying.
The REU site at WSU focuses on studying policing using body-worn camera footage. Students selected for the program will conduct in-person research and attend seminars and workshops over 9 weeks in the summer of 2025. Students selected for the program will receive a stipend ($5400), university housing, a food budget, and reimbursement of some travel expenses for participating in this program. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
