Dear colleagues and friends,
We are excited to announce that the third meeting of the Sociology Department Seminar Series will take place this coming Monday (Oct 23) at 12:15 p.m. in the sociology department lounge. Our very own Pyong Gap Min will be our speaker. His presentation is entitled “Technological Advances and Immigrants' Strong Cultural Linkages to Homeland: A New Form of Adaptation to Host Society.”
This meeting will be in hybrid mode. We encourage you to attend the seminar in person (food and beverages will be served!). But if you are unable to come in person, you can still engage in the talk via the chat function on Zoom.
