Project Manager, Scientific Research Group
JOB DESCRIPTION:

SRG is seeking a Project Manager with training and experience in survey methodology and project management. The Project Manager (PM) oversees the set up and management of survey research projects to ensure their successful completion. Integral to this role is managing and interacting directly with clients – designing, driving and implementing online survey research projects. The PM will need to plan and manage research projects from start to finish and ensure successful client delivery. Within the team, the PM will work with operations and analytics staff to provide guidance on research deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The project manager role includes the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing client surveys for programming setup
• Writing project specs for operations and analytics teams
• Communicating with programmers the spec for questionnaire setup
• Reviewing scripted surveys for accuracy
• Coordinate with panel staff to achieve successful and timely delivery of data collection
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and contract fulfillment
• Quality control setup and monitoring

 

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

 

The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in online survey research and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to accomplish daily tasks. We are looking for job candidates with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience in survey research 
• Excellent client management skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner, which includes designing, setting up, reviewing research projects
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience doing both quantitative and qualitative research
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience using R or SPSS
