[Club_leaders_2020-2021 0197] Clubs/Organizations Election Nomination Form - Monday, March 22nd Deadline to submit
Good day all, I have created a Google Form for the clubs/organizations' nominations (link below). You will need your QC credential to access the link. Please see the instructions below. All clubs/organizations are required to answer all questions. All clubs/organizations need to hold a virtual meeting for the nominations; meeting minutes must be taken and submitted as part of this form. The Nomination Form needs to be completed by Monday, March 22nd. The requirement for all positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) is a cumulative GPA of 2.0. All students will be eligible to vote during the student general body election from Sunday, April 11th to Saturday, April 17th. Good day all, We only have 39 clubs that signed up for elections so far. Our office is giving you until Monday, March 29th, to submit your information. If not, you will not be on the elections for this semester, and your club will not be active in the Fall. For your club to be active in the Fall, you will need to have an election, and your organization will be charged the cost for the election. No election from an active club means no membership in the Fall. Please submit ASAP. If you have any questions, please let me know.
