Dear Student Leaders,

Hope everyone is well.

Firstly, the next CCP meeting will occur on May 5th, 2021 during Free Hour. Please expect a zoom link for the meeting around a week before the meeting.

Secondly, attached is a link where you can access the recording of our CCP meeting from 4/7/2021 and where you can also find recordings for any past and future meetings. They will all be labeled and put into one folder to make it easy and accessible for everyone. You can watch the recordings straight from google drive or if you would like to, you can download them onto your computer. However, in order to access the recordings, you must be signed into your G-Suite account that you got through QC which uses your CAMS account. If you don't have one yet or don't know how to access it, you can follow this link and it should help you set up an account: https://www.qc.cuny.edu/Computing/Pages/Google-Apps-FacultyandStaff.aspx

Please note, you will also need this account in order to fill out the attendance forms at all the CCP meetings. If the above link doesn't work, you can also try to use the following link: http://gdrive.qc.cuny.edu/

Please contact IT as soon as possible if you can't access your G Suite account as you may need it for other classes as well.

Online elections will take place from April 11th, 2021 - April 17th, 2021. Be on the lookout for emails from Dwayne regarding the election process and associated links. 

Lastly, for anyone that needs the link to the QC Student Development and Leadership webpage, it is the following: https://www.qc.cuny.edu/StudentLife/services/SDL/Pages/default.aspx. On the right side of the page directly in the middle, you can find any related links that you may need for your club and please be aware that you may need your CAMS account to access these resources. The main form you will need to fill out for budget meetings is named "Purchase Order Form - Purchase Requisition." There may be supplemental material that is needed depending on what exactly it is that you wish to purchase like a written proposal, invoice, and/or a bid form.
