To ALL student club leaders.

 

Because there has been a lot of questions about the distribution/shipping of goods and supplies to student homes, please share the policy clarification below with your club members. As of today, this policy will be in effect.

 

As stated in the QCA Bylaws, QCA Accountability Handbook and in the CUNY Purchasing Policy Guidelines; Goods and Supplies cannot be delivered directly to students’ homes for distribution. There are only two options available to students. Please see below.

 

1). Supplies/Goods can be delivered to a student’s home, ONLY if the vendor has the ability to ship the item directly to the students’ home that participated in the student club sponsored event.

 

2). Supplies/Goods should be delivered to QC shipping & receiving department. The business office will make arrangements with the student club member(s) for pick-up of the item(s) for distribution to participants of a student sponsored event.
